Victor Oladipo, the 6'5" junior of the Indiana Hoosiers, was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year at the annual awards ceremony Monday night.
Oladipo is the first Hoosier to win defensive player of year since Dane Fife in 2002.
He was also voted first team All-Big Team.
